Housing policy ‘only making problems worse’

One of Britain’s leading housing experts has warned that current policies are more likely to exacerbate inequality. The economist Dame Kate Barker has urged the Government to come up with new policies to help buyers and renters or there will never be enough houses built to keep prices down.
