The Duchess of Cambridge braved her severe morning sickness to attend a reception at Buckingham Palace. She accompanied the Duke and Prince Harry to the event, held in honour of mental health campaigners, including Stephen Fry, the president of the charity Mind, and Dame Esther Rantzen.

The Duchess is believed to be less than 12 weeks pregnant and like her previous two pregnancies, she is suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum.
