Ecclestone divorces after agreeing terms of split

Petra Ecclestone, billionaire daughter of former Formula One tycoon Bernie, and James Stunt have been granted a divorce by a High Court judge after the former couple reached an agreement.

Neither Ms Ecclestone, 28, or Mr Stunt, 35, were in court for the short hearing.

The couple married six years ago in a £12million ceremony in an Italian castle and had three children together.

A hearing earlier this year was told Mr Stunt had signed a prenuptial agreement worth £16million.

They were expected to fight over ownership of a £158million mansion in Los Angeles and a Grade Ii-listed home in London, but had settled.
