Disaster zone

Looking like a scene from a sci-fi disaster movie, this was an all too real and frightening view from Vieira de Leiria in Portugal, where a series of deadly wildfires, whipped up by the strong winds of Hurricane Ophelia, have killed at least 36 people. More than 50 have also been injured with 15 reported to be in a serious condition. Local media said several people were missing, including a month-old baby.
