Part-time GPS

SIR – Before GPS start talking about charging fees (report, October 31), they need to show more commitment themselves.

At the practice with which I am registered, all of the doctors except one work part-time: two or three days a week. The usual waiting time for an appointment is two weeks. If everyone worked hours such as these, the country would grind to a halt.
