Second man arrested over firework death
Detectives investigating the murder of a father in an arson attack involving a firework have arrested a second man.
West Midlands Police said the 22-year-old had been arrested on suspicion of murder yesterday over the death of Tony Nicholls.
The 56-year-old victim was placed in an induced coma after the firework was set off at his home in Tile Cross, Birmingham, on Nov 2. He died five days later.
A 29-year-old man who was earlier arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder now been bailed.
