ROLF HARRIS has had a conviction for indecent assault against an eight-yearold girl overturned after new evidence doubting the credibilit­y of a prosecutio­n witness emerged.

Three Court of Appeal judges in London yesterday ruled that the conviction was “unsafe”, but rejected applicatio­ns by the 87-year-old to challenge 11 others for indecent assault.
