Newly-wed Charles Bronson refused parole

Notorious prisoner Charles Bronson has been refused parole.

The parole board did not recommend the inmate, 64, should be released or moved to an open prison.

The convicted armed robber, who is serving a life sentence in Wakefield prison, will have to wait another two years for a review of his case.

Paula Williamson, 37, the Emmerdale and Coronation Street actress who became his wife at a prison ceremony on Nov 14, admitted: “He’s not going to be released any time soon.”
