Joseph Morpurgo is an accomplished stage comedy performer who has previously reimagined

Desert Island Discs into a surreal alternative comedy show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. His new comedy, in the form of a faux audio walking tour of Yosemite National Park, complete with adverts, music and competitions, is a very welcome addition to Radio 4’s late-night comedy slot. It straddles the line between the absurd and familiar so well that the overall effect is both funny and dreamlike.
