‘He can stop raiding my fridge now’

The Duke of Cambridge has said he is delighted his younger brother is getting married – not least because it will stop him raiding his fridge.

The Duke said Prince Harry and his bride-to-be were “very caught up in the moment” of their engagement, with “happy times” ahead.

Speaking during an official visit to Finland, the Duke could not resist poking fun at his sibling.

Prince Harry, who lives close to the Duke’s Kensington Palace home, will now be joined by a keen home cook in Meghan Markle.

The Duke said: “For me, I hope it means he stays out of my fridge,” he added. “It will stop him scrounging all my food.”
