Kenyan police arrest senior opposition figure

Police in Kenya have arrested a prominent opposition figure, further raising tensions in the country.

David Ndii, an economist and anti-corruption crusader, was released under a police bond last night. The director of public prosecutions said “appropriate” action would be take once investigations were completed.
