Briton Zara Davis, 51, has regained the world speed record for windsurfing, achieving 46.49 knots (54 mph) in Namibia, western Africa, to reclaim a record she held from 2012 until 2015, when Swiss windsurfer Karin Jaggi broke it. Zara, an osteopath from Bristol, said: “I could have gone faster but I am absolutely thrilled.”
