The Scottish Bridge Union has held a trial to select women’s teams for the 2018 Lady Milne and the 2018 European Championships writes Julian Pottage, Bridge Correspondent. Two Scottish teams will take part in the Lady Milne (Home International) because Scotland is host to the event.

1st Abi Wilson, Sheila Adamson, Fiona Mcquaker and Liz Mcgowan, 166.94 VPS; 2nd Sam Punch, Paula Leslie, Anne Symons and Helen Kane, 129.72 VPS; 3rd Cathy Ferguson, Joan Lees, Lucia Barrett and Veronica Guy, 96.69 VPS; and 4th Rona Moss, Pam Leith, Laura Middleton and Julia Palmer, 86.65 VPS.

The SBU International Committee has made the following selections: Scotland Lady Milne: Abi Wilson and Sheila Adamson, Liz Mcgowan and Fiona Mcquaker, and Sam Punch and Paula Leslie.
