French chef celebrates son’s win against cancer

Jean-christophe Novelli has said his toddler son will be a pageboy at his wedding next year after spending most of his life battling cancer.

Valentino, the French chef ’s son, was diagnosed with neuroblastoma cancer at just six weeks old.

Earlier this year, Novelli, who has two other children with Michelle Kennedy, revealed that his youngest child is now free of cancer. Novelli, 56, told Hello! magazine: “I can’t wait to wake up on Christmas morning with my fiancée Michelle and our three boys… After the nightmare ordeal we’ve been through, this time of year means so much more than it ever did.”
