-

Just Eat was targeted by a computer hacker working from a caravan, who put details of 165,000 customers for sale on the dark web, a court heard.

Grant West, 25, faces jail for hacking the online fast food company’s systems to steal private data, costing it around £210,000 in repair and mitigation costs. West, who was caught with £25,000 in his caravan, appeared at Southwark Crown Court and admitted plotting to defraud online retailers.

He was also selling drugs on the dark web and laundering criminal cash through the crypto-currency Bitcoin. West, of Minster-on-sea, Kent, was remanded in custody ahead of sentence next year.
