Sir Mo Farah, pictured with his daughter Rhianna, won BBC Sports Personality of the Year last night, beating favourites Anthony Joshua and Lewis Hamilton. The runner’s video link appearance was beset with problems, with the line cutting out as he received the trophy. Earlier, his son burst into tears as Sir Mo was interviewed.
