Odey: Fox deal for Sky too cheap

Hedge fund manager Crispin Odey said the $52bn (£39bn) price Walt Disney is paying for parts of 21st Century Fox, including 39pc of Sky, is proof Fox is buying the 61pc of Sky it does not already own too cheaply. Mr Odey’s fund holds 0.9pc of Sky. Fox last December agreed to pay £10.75 per Sky share, but the deal has been held up.
