BHP takes stand on energy policy

Miner BHP is leaving the World Coal Association (WCA) and reviewing its membership of both the US Chamber of Commerce (USCC) and Minerals Council of Australia (MCA) due to “material differences” on climate and energy policy. These include the USCC’S criticism of the Paris climate change agreement.
