Toys R Us in new pension offer

Toys R Us has made a last-ditch attempt to win support from the Pension Protection Fund for its restructuring by making a series of concessions ahead of a vote today. The toy retailer has offered to reduce its deficit recovery plan from 15 to 10 years after the PPF said it would vote against its company voluntary arrangement.
