Boeing in talks to buy Brazil firm

Boeing is in talks to take over the Brazilian aircraft maker Embraer for a large premium. The announcement emerged just hours after America’s commerce department confirmed that 292pc tariffs will be imposed on Bombardier C-series jets imported to the US, following complaints by Boeing.
