Time that schools let girls wear the trousers

sir – I would be interested to learn how many of our leading public schools would allow a young lady to wear trousers as part of the uniform.

I have yet to find one in my three-month search. Given that both the Prime Minister and the Queen wear such apparel, my daughter really doesn’t understand why this is such a problem.
