Great Portland sells Soho offices

Great Portland Estates is selling an office building in Soho, London, for £186m, after deducting for tenant incentives – a price slightly ahead of its September 2017 book value. The eightstorey building, bought by an unnamed Savills client and located on Broadwick Street, is fully let and comprises of office, retail and restaurant space.
