Drum majorettes perform at the Boris Yeltsin Presidential Library as it holds its first New Year ball for students of the St Petersburg Suvorov Military School. Russia’s Suvorov boarding schools, for boys aged 14 to 18, focus on military-related subjects and are named after Alexander Suvorov, the 18th-century Russian general.
