Breach waiver granted for Telit

Telit Communications, the troubled internet of things specialist, yesterday said it had been granted a waiver by its lenders for covenants it would have breached on New Year’s Eve. The firm, which lost its chief executive and issued a profit warning this year, said it remained in talks to amend its covenant package for future periods.
