Balfour Beatty sells stake in M25

Balfour Beatty has sold a second chunk of its stake in a company that manages the M25 motorway in a £62m deal that will boost profits for this year and help reduce its net debt. The civil engineering firm has sold a 20pc stake in the two deals.
