A rung turn

A rickety Stairway to Heaven art installation has mysteriously sprouted on Dartmoor in Devon. Locals are unaware who erected the high-rising steps on Widecombe-in-the-moor, at a spot once occupied by an oversized wooden chair that was removed by national park chiefs.
