Hitting the ground running
Justine Greening, the former education secretary, put Monday’s reshuffle stand-off behind her as she headed for an early morning run the day after resigning her post. The Conservative MP for Putney, south London, refused a new role at the Department for Work and Pensions in the reshuffle, reportedly throwing Theresa’s May’s plans into turmoil. Ms Greening’s replacement as Education Secretary is Damian Hinds who was previously employment minister in the Department for Work and Pensions.
