Grace Mugabe’s PHD investigated

Zimbabwe’s anti-corruption agency is investigating whether Grace Mugabe, the former first lady, was wrongly awarded a university doctorate, an official said yesterday.

Mrs Mugabe, whose efforts to take the leadership of the ruling Zanu-pf party prompted a de facto coup against Robert Mugabe, her husband, in November, graduated in 2014, months after she had registered at the University of Zimbabwe.
