Pips not on the dot

sir – More annoying than the pips being at different times on different radios (Letters, January 10) is my Amazon Echo Dot. If I ask Alexa to play the radio, it is at least 30 seconds behind all my other radios. Janet Milliken

sir – The long pip at the end of each time signal was a problem for us because the parrot next door had learnt the sound perfectly. Sometimes we would rush in from the garden only to find it was nowhere near the hour. Robin Ekblom
