Court martial charges

Lt Col Richard Bell and Csgt Stuart Pankhurst are not charged with manslaughter, as reported in a Dec 9 article (“Three face court over soldier shot dead at 1,000 yds”), but with the disciplinary offence of negligently performing a duty. We apologise for the error and we are happy to set the record straight.
