Bankrupt Becker hunts for lost tennis trophies

The bankruptcy firm tasked with helping to sell Boris Becker’s assets has launched an appeal to find the tennis star’s missing trophies.

Becker, 49, the former tennis star, is attempting to sell his trophies to try to pay off an estimated £54.4million in debts after being declared bankrupt last summer, but a number of the cups are missing.

A spokesman for Smith & Williamson, the personal financial service company dealing with Becker’s insolvency, said it had contacted the All England Club, to no avail.
