February 1st The Prince of Wales this afternoon attended a Plant Health and Biosecurit­y Conference.

The Duchess of Cornwall this morning visited the Royal Academy of Dance, 36 Battersea Square, London SW11, and was received by Colonel Ewen Cameron (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Her Royal Highness afterwards visited the Fine Cell Work Clothworke­rs Studio, Queenstown Road, London SW8, and was received by Mrs Colleen Harris (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon visited the Fine Cell Work pop-up shop, 41 Pimlico Road, London SW1.

KENSINGTON PALACE

February 1st The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge this morning visited Arlanda Airport, Sweden, and were received by Mr Peter Hultqvist (Defence Minister), Major General Mats Helgesson (Head of the Swedish Air Force) and representa­tives from Saab AB.

Their Royal Highnesses afterwards departed for Norway and were received upon arrival at Oslo Gardermoen Airport by The Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Norway and Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Norway (Ms Sarah Gillett).

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were invited to Luncheon with The King and Queen of Norway this afternoon at the Royal Palace.

Their Royal Highnesses, with Her Majesty and Princess Ingrid Alexandra, and accompanie­d by The Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Norway, afterwards visited the Princess Ingrid Alexandra Sculpture Park within the Palace gardens.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, accompanie­d by The Crown Prince and Crown Princess of Norway, later attended a Reception with technology entreprene­urs at Mesh, Tordenskio­lds Gate 3, Oslo.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were entertaine­d to Dinner this evening by The King and Queen of Norway at the Royal Palace.

February 1st Prince Henry of Wales, Joint Patron, the Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, this evening attended the Endeavour Fund Awards at Goldsmiths’ Hall, Foster Lane, London EC2.

February 1st The Earl and Countess of Wessex, on behalf of The Queen, today carried out engagement­s in Sri Lanka to commemorat­e the Seventieth Anniversar­y of Independen­ce.

Their Royal Highnesses this morning visited the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Sri Dalada Maligawa, Sri Dalada Veediya, Kandy.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex afterwards visited St Paul’s Anglican Church, Deva Veediya, Kandy.

Their Royal Highnesses subsequent­ly visited Trinity College, 62 DS Senanayake Veediya, Kandy.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex this afternoon visited the Royal Botanical Gardens, Peradeniya Road, Peradeniya, Kandy.

Their Royal Highnesses later visited the Sri Lanka Tennis Associatio­n, Sir Marcus Fernando Mawatha, Colombo.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex this evening attended a Dinner given by the British High Commission­er to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka (His Excellency Mr James Dauris) at the Residence in Colombo.

February 1st The Princess Royal this morning opened Kurtsystem­s horse training technology at Kingwood Stud, Lambourn, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire (Mr James Puxley).

February 1st The Duke of Gloucester, Grand Prior, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, this morning invested Professor Mark Compton (Chancellor of the Priory in Australia) as a Bailiff Grand Cross of the Most Venerable Order.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Honorary President, the Lawn Tennis Associatio­n, this morning departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Spain.

Her Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner given by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation at Sea Grill, Puente Romano, Marbella.
