Pryor’s wife confirms he and Brando were lovers

Marlon Brando and Richard Pryor were lovers, the comedian’s widow confirmed last night.

Jennifer Lee Pryor, the final wife of the stand-up comedian, said that her husband would have no shame about the news emerging and that he had been open with friends about his bisexuality. “It was the Seventies,” she told the US entertainment site TMZ.

The claims about Pryor were first made by music producer Quincy Jones on Wednesday in an interview in which he discussed Brando’s sexual habits. Brando never publicly acknowledged a relationship with Pryor but had spoken about his fluid sexuality.
