Gingers are emoji too

Redheads often complain they are subjected to hidden discrimination in society. This, at least, will no longer happen in the world of emoji, as it was confirmed that 12 new redhead symbols will be arriving on smartphones after a year-long campaign and a petition signed by nearly 22,000 people. The new ginger emoji will feature among 157 additions, including a skateboard, a lobster and a bagel, available later this year.
