SIR – We are fortunate to have a very hard-working constituency MP in Maidenhead, particularly as she is also Prime Minister.

How do I know? Well, on Saturday morning Theresa May was in Germany giving a speech to the Munich security conference. On Saturday afternoon she was in my front room answering questions on subjects ranging from Brexit to plastic waste. A surprise but welcome visit. John Henesy
