Ex-husband must take on dad duties

A court in Spain has ordered the divorced father of two teenagers to accept shared custody against his wishes, in a legal first in the country.

A judge in Córdoba ruled that both parents should take weekly shifts looking after their teenage sons after the mother said changes in her personal circumstances meant she could no longer cope alone and she was in “a state of exhaustion”.
