Eta to vote on end of organsiation

Members of Eta, the Basque terrorist organisation, are to decide whether the group should be disbanded, after declaring a definitive end to violence in 2011.

Eta’s 300 members in Spanish prisons and an unknown number of members not imprisoned will vote on whether to dissolve the group, with a result expected “before the summer”, according to Gara, a Basque newspaper.
