Jo Joyner and Mark Benton are perfectly cast in this amiable new 10-part series as Lu Shakespeare, wrongly suspected of killing her fiancé, and Frank Hathaway, the slobbish PI she ropes in to clear her name. The odd-couple chemistry is there from the start and Stratford-uponavon looks glorious – making this a welcome addition to the afternoon schedules. GT
