Things get even murkier this week as Jason Backland (Nicholas Pinnock) gives ex-wife, DS Marcella (Anna Friel), some unwanted news, which causes her to struggle both at work and at home. Thank goodness then for DC Leann Hunter (Sophia Brown), who injects some welcome common sense into proceedings.
