After some high-profile scandals, the operations of major charities are in the headlines at the moment possibly more than ever before, so the time is ripe for this new series from Matthew Taylor, Chief Executive of the RSA. Taylor explores how charities work, the difference between large and small organisations, and probes the efficiency of fundraising.
