Baden-powell used version of fleur-de-lis

The fleur-de-lis is a stylised lily associated with French kings.

A version was created by Robert Badenpowell to be used as an arm badge for scouts in the 5th Dragoon Guards which he commanded in the late 19th century. He later made a version for boys on his first camp.
