STRADIVARIUS’ KITTEN HEELS
The high street has finally cottoned on to kitten heels – and just in time for the occasionwear season. Where once buying a cheap pair of shoes to go with a spring wedding look might have led to the purchase of a precarious strappy sandal (and being barefoot by cake-cutting), there is now a plethora of sensibly heeled and wellpriced satin mules to choose from out there.
Stradivarius (one of Spanish brand Zara’s many relatives) has a mule to match or clash with most outfit colours, but my favourite is this sky blue and pink polka dot print.
I’d wear them to last all night on the dance floor with my dress of choice, but also to make my jeans and white shirt combination look a little more ladylike for the bride and groom’s send-off next morning.
