Saturday, March 3, 14.40

Yulia Skripal, 33, arrives at Heathrow Airport on a flight from Russia to visit her father Sergei in Salisbury, where he has lived since arriving in Britain following a spy swap with Russia

Sunday, March 4, 1pm:

Mr Skripal and Yulia leave his home in Christie Miller Road, Salisbury, and possibly drive two miles to the city’s cemetery, in London Road, to pay their respects at the grave of Mr Skripal’s wife Lyudmila, who died in 2012, and his son Alexander, who died last year.

1.40pm: Sergei and Yulia arrive in Sainsbury’s upper level car park in the Maltings.

Moments later:

The pair walk to the Bishops Mill Pub before going to the Zizzi restaurant at approximately 2.20pm, where they stay until around 3:35pm.

4.15pm:

Emergency services receive the first reports from the public that Sergei and Yulia are on a bench a short walk from Zizzi’s, and appear to be catatonic and seriously ill. Det Sgt Nick Bailey is understood to have been among the first responders and gave first aid to the stricken pair. He is recovering in hospital. The Skripals remain in a critical condition.
