New rules proposed

-

Schools must identify teachers with “conflicts of interest” after the Eton College cheating scandal, the exam watchdog said.

Exam boards will have to take tough measures to “protect the integrity” of assessments, Ofqual has said, as it ends its review prompted by claims of exam leaks by teachers at leading public schools.

Teachers will still be able to write exams and access confidential material, but boards must also implement systems to detect malpractice.
