Double bill

A boy plays with pelicans in Yoff, a commune of Dakar, the smallest but most populated region of Senegal in West Africa. A beach town, the bay is its fishing centre where fish are caught, cleaned, prepared and cooked on a daily basis – unless the large pelican population gets to them first.
