Heavenly body

A large moon sculpture is suspended in the nave of Leicester Cathedral to mark British Science Week. Featuring detailed Nasa imagery, artist Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon is 23 feet (7m) in diameter and each centimetre of the sculpture represents 5km of the moon’s surface. The sculpture has been touring the world since 2016 and has been presented in a number of ways, both indoors and outdoors.
