Battle of wills

SIR – It is distressing to think that The Daily Telegraph has accepted that Jeremy Corbyn is to be our next prime minister (“Corbyn’s plan to nationalise will trigger legal battles”, Business, March 19).

Surely there is still enough of a battle to be fought for “would” to have been preferable? Sir Harold Walker
