Under Armour app users suffer data breach
US fitness brand Under Armour last night admitted a data breach that could affect 150million users of one of its popular nutrition apps, with usernames, email addresses and passwords potentially stolen.
The firm, which owns the Myfitnesspal software, said the breach occurred in late February, but was discovered on Mar 25. Under Armour said it had sent messages to users directly if they had been affected by the breach. It urged Myfitnesspal users to change their passwords.
