SIR – Paul Spencer’s “live update” on Google (Letters, April 2) called Waitrose “a little busier than usual”, when it was closed. I received satnav information recently saying that the M25 had “no delays”. As it turned out, this was because it was closed in both directions between the junction I was approaching and the next.
