Government to consider review of airline add-ons

Airlines could be asked to review extra charges added on to flight tickets at the end of the booking process. The Government will today release its Aviation Strategy Next Steps plan, covering various things including disabled access at airports, as well as how to make the industry greener. But it will also scrutinise so-called add-on charges such as booking fees, seat reservations and baggage charges.
